​(The Implementation of the Media Education in Schools) (ImES)

About IMES

Our project aims at the implementation of the new media education in secondary schools. There will be two intellectual outputs: the curriculum Media and Society and methodological materials for the curriculum. After the completion of this project we would like to be able to implement this programme and teach our students the theory and practice of the new media education, i.e. film making, sound recording, photography, media an etc. Our planned activities include not only training for teachers on how to integrate filming, sound recording, photography, social networks, but also seminars, lectures on new subjects. We already have a university partner, whose lecturers will help in the preparation of the educational programme. Moreover, we have another partner that will help in the practice process.We also plan to place all the results in the created platform, which will allow the students of the participating schools place their projects , articles, films and etc. as well.
